Pall Xpansion贴壁细胞生物反应器
——一次性全封闭生物反应器,间充质干细胞培养,种子细胞培养


 
美国Pall颇尔公司生产的Xpansion系列碟片式生物反应器(Xpansion多层板生物反应器,Xpansion Multiplate Bioreactor System),专为对剪切力敏感、粘附的哺乳动物细胞设计,特别适用于贴壁干细胞的培养,如间充质干细胞等,以及种子培养。通过紧凑的多层碟片结构,Xpansion生物反应器可提供高达122,400cm2的细胞培养面积,并提供全自动的气体扩散系统、一次性的pH、DO、温度传感器和搅拌装置,实时监控培养pH、溶氧、二氧化碳等数据,满足cGMP生产要求。

Xpansion碟片采用亲水聚苯乙烯材料,符合美国药典VI级标准,多个碟片叠加,形成的中央柱结构用于气体交换,并通过磁力叶轮搅拌促使培养基在各层碟片中均匀流动。

Xpansion碟片高度紧密排列,占地面积小,一个Xpansion 200生物反应器(高度仅0.8m),可提供与20个10层细胞工厂(高度约4m)相当的培养表面积,节省80%空间。而且可以从传统细胞培养耗材,直接转换为Xpansion进行培养,工艺转换简单。
